About the Job

We are looking for a (Jr.) Product Owner that will work closely with our CPO & CEO on the core of our software platform. You will help translate our product vision into strategic goals for our team. The end-to-end improvement of our product is your mission and you are a champion of your product across the organization and with customers. You will work with software engineers experts to improve the user experience and develop new features and you will drive the development of our product organization.

The mission

Most important to us is that you are open-minded with an entrepreneurial spirit, and you should love building a product and work in a tech start-up. Your tasks will be varied and ranging from

• Develop a deep understanding of our market as well as our customers, their pains and jobs-to-be-done. 
• Analyze user feedback and come up with ideas for new features and drive early validation of the feature!
• Identify, conceptualize, and develop new features and products, as well as improvements to existing products.
• Build and keep track on the product backlog
• Build and shape the product organization of Certivity.
• Plan and execute product initiatives based on the right priorities. Decompose complex problems and write clear specifications.
• Manage product delivery in an agile setting and guide your team in all sprint activities
• Create and align the Certivity team around strategic goals, relevant KPIs, and the respective product roadmap
• Be a leader in championing our product across all stakeholders, internal and external

Your profile

• Experience in Cloud Software product management in a Startup.
• Strong sense of accountability and ownership
• Self-organized and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent spoken and written English (company language is English)
• Demonstrated technical proficiency, strong analytical and data driven mindset
• Experience in building a product organization
