We are looking for a Customer Integration Engineer (f/m/d) to own the technical onboarding of our largest enterprise customers. You will lead data migrations from customer legacy systems into Certivity, build the API connectors that link Certivity to customer tooling, and serve as the direct technical contact for customer IT, engineering, and regulatory teams.
This is a hands-on engineering role with daily (remote) customer contact. You will write code most of the time, but you will also explain your work to non-Certivity engineers, gather requirements directly from customer experts, and translate enterprise customer needs into shipped backend features.

- Work directly (usually remotely) with customer IT, engineering, and regulatory teams to scope, plan, and execute integrations.

- Own each customer technical integration end-to-end, from kickoff to handover.

- Experience integrating with REST APIs and working with relational or document databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB or comparable).
- Comfortable working with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and Docker.
- Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken, at a level where you can lead a technical call with a customer IT lead without preparation. C1 or higher.
