About the Job

We are looking for an entrepreneurial Head of Product (f/m/d) to take ownership of the entire Certivity product ecosystem – from data crawling and ingestion to our client-facing SaaS with AI-powered features.

Our product helps engineers and compliance professionals navigate complex regulatory landscapes and enables them to ship their products to global markets faster and with high confidence. Using state-of-the-art AI, the Certivity regulatory management platform promotes the understanding of complex regulatory requirements from diverse sources, and presents actionable insights and workflows to engineers and regulatory experts. Join our fast-growing team of 80 people, reporting directly to the founder and CPO. This is not a greenfield role, it is a scale-up role, where your first task is to bring clarity and prioritization to a product organization that has outgrown informal coordination.

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end product roadmap for an AI-integrated SaaS product: Gain a deep understanding of a complex RegTech product and build the product strategy.
  • Prioritize deliverables with business judgment: Integrate input from R&D, Regulatory, Customer Success and Management. Weigh client requests against effort, technical limits, and revenue impact.
  • Lead enterprise discovery: Speak with clients directly, run discovery conversations, and translate enterprise needs into product decisions.
  • Coordinate R&D delivery: Together with the R&D team leads and Product Owners, ensure that deadlines, functionality, and resources are realistic and kept to.
  • Surface and fix cross-team inconsistencies: Actively investigate where workflows can be improved internally and drive the fixes.
  • Lead the product team. Directly manage a team of 2-4 PO’s.

Your profile

  • Product experience with complex B2B AI or software products. You have owned a product with multiple intersecting workflows and a genuine technical substance.
  • Full-lifecycle roadmap ownership. You have been the main point of prioritization for technical features based on client input.
  • Authority in senior rooms. You can moderate discussions with executives and engineering leaders and bring substantive input.
  • Client-focused judgment. You prioritize client wishes against effort, technical constraints, and revenue impact and you can articulate those trade-offs cleanly.
  • Modern, dynamic company background. You have worked in environments where the answer is not always known, e.g. in a scaling startup, where figuring things out is part of the job.
  • Leadership experience. Ideally, you have led a small product team before.
  • English at C1. You can operate fluently in our working language. German is a plus.
