As a Founders Associate (m/f/d), you will:

• Work closely with Nico, Certivity's CEO and Tim, COO, the other founders and the management team;
• Support the team in business and strategic operations and customer success;
• Be heavily involved in business development/customer projects;
• Work with high level customer contacts and prepare and deliver projects to success for happy customers;
• Support the CEO/COO on urgent and ad-hoc issues;
• Take an active role in cross-functional activities such as strategic finance and workforce planning;
• Shape and execute the strategy for the next funding rounds;
• Implement key processes and influence the growth of Certivity;
• Work on the expansion of Certivity into new areas.

This role is perfect if: 

• You have 1-2 years of experience as a Founders Associate or in a similar role or you have gained relevant experience through previous internships at a (B2B SaaS) Scaleup, VC or similar fast-paced environments;
• You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Business Administration or a related field;
• You are responsible with a high level of ownership of your projects;
• You are a problem solver, with a strong analytical mindset;
• You can communicate clearly with different teams and different people; 
• You are based in Munich or willing to relocate;
• You are fluent in English (company language) and German.
